NBCU / Telemundo Upfronts feat. J Balvin

Leading up to this year’s NBCUniversal Upfront, I managed a guest list of more than 5,000 people and all RSVPs and guest questions. During the Upfront, I acted as a main point of contact for troubleshooting any guests who lost their tickets or did not RSVP.

Later that day, I independently facilitated an exclusive lunch for 26 NBCU Ad Sales executives, VIP clients and media figures at Oceana in Midtown. From there, I headed out to the Telemundo Celebration, featuring singer J Balvin.

The Upfront is NBCUniversal’s biggest, most important sales pitch of the year, so the pressure is always high, but I think we delivered another spectacular experience for our clients over the course of the day.
