The Wedding Singer (Dec. 2014 – March 2015)
Poster campaign
I worked with a graphic designer to develop the logo for The Wedding Singer. Afterwards, I scheduled a publicity photo shoot at Legends Nightclub and had the principal actors attend in costume. I compiled the best images, edited them in Photoshop and laid out the text on each of the seven posters. Two hundred copies in total were hung across campus, and I released them one by one on PEMCo’s social media platforms.

publicity photos
I encouraged the cast to use the posters as well as these promotional photos as their cover photos and profile pictures on social media outlets. These photos came from the publicity photo shoot (Photographer: Hilary Johnson) as well as our second dress rehearsal (Photographer: Ketty Andreasen). I added the logo and show dates and edited each image to feature the logo and main characters more prominently.

audience services
For The Wedding Singer, I took a more active role in audience services for PEMCo. I coordinated ticket sales, which included placing the ticket order and managing group and individual pre-sales as well as preparing the front of house with ushers and ticket salespeople.
Working from a basis of previous PEMCo programs, I designed The Wedding Singer program after ensuring all actors had headshots and all ad sales were paid in full. Click the image below to view a PDF of the program.
